STRETCH FILMS

Stretch wrap film represents the biggest stake of the cast film market. Moreover, what makes stretch film especially interesting for the industry is the fact that it has the lowest unit wrap weight of all the film palletizing solutions and therefore is also the most cost-efficient.

In the response to the varied requirements for different transportation methods and distance, a wide range of stretch film qualities has been developed and continues to expand. This extends from simple 2 layer hand film grades, to 5 layer machine film grades with very high pre-stretch percentage and dart-drop values.

Stretch film is a pure LINEAR LOW-DENSITY POLY ETHYLENE product. It ranges from thinnest micron i.e. 9 microns to 75 microns with a stretch ability of 300%. Both makes the stretch film packaging the most cost effective.
